旋繞 [xUan2rao4]↓;
旋乾轉坤，旋轉乾坤 have Herculean strength;
be able to turn the tide (of national or world events), make the heavens turn backwards;
盤旋 (of airplane, bird) to circle about, (of person) loiter around.
(2) To deal with, encounter as in combat: 與某人週旋 to deal with (person), check (person) move by move (as in chess game or battlefield encounter);
斡旋 ([wo1xUan2]) to mediate, act between two parties.
