Under construction, reaching finishing stage | This frequency research was first started by Professor Ho Hsiu Hwang in his capacity as PI of the "Human Cognition Program" of the RIH. A series of statistical reports were published and privately circulated some years ago. With the commission of Prof. Ho, Professor Kwan Tze Wan has taken up lately the role of reprocessing and repackaging the whole set of data into this web-driven database. Again, PERL, MySQL, PHP, Javascripts etc. have been used. The Infobase will be released to the public no later than July 15, 2001.
